Mr. Elwood was raised in Savannah, GA, and now enjoys city life in downtown Baltimore, MD. He spends his days socializing with the many dogs of downtown Charm City and reminiscing of his days chasing squirrels in the deep south. His has many human and K9 friends across the country and has never met a stranger.
